BOOK IT!

Congratulations on choosing a Mockingbird tour!

Booking a Mockingbird tour is quick and easy! First, our lawyers tell us we have to remind you that booking a tour means you accept our Booking Terms & Conditions and Waiver of Liability, which you can read here. These parts are so important we're saying them twice:

  • Unless a tour has been marked a "guaranteed departure," a minimum of 6 travelers is required for a tour to operate. If we don't have enough travelers, we might have to cancel the tour (in which case, you will receive a full refund). So while we know you're excited, we recommend that you not purchase your plane tickets until the tour is confirmed. We cannot be responsible for any additional costs or fees incurred by you (related to plane tickets or other arrangements) if we cancel a tour.

  • For everyone's peace of mind and well-being, we require all of our travelers to obtain travel insurance that includes medical and emergency evacuation coverage.

Okay, let's book your tour!

Step 1: Provide your information

Select your tour and tell us about yourself, then click Submit! (If a tour isn't listed in the drop-down menu, that's because it's sold out. Maybe you'd like a private tour instead?)

Step 2. Pay your deposit
To pay your nonrefundable deposit and confirm your reservation, please fill out the form below. You will be redirected to PayPal, where you will be able to pay securely with a credit or debit card (no PayPal account or login required).A few important things to know:
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is due upon booking to reserve your place. The deposit is refundable only if the tour is cancelled by Mockingbird.

  • Final Payment: Payment in full is due 60 days prior to the departure date.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations are subject to penalties.

    • Cancellations received 60 days or more before departure: The cancellation fee is the deposit.

    • Cancellations received 59-30 days before departure: The cancellation fee is 50% of the tour cost.

    • Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour cost.

Step 3. Tell everyone that you're going on vacation
Your reservation is complete! Hooray!

You will be sent an electronic invoice for the remaining payments. Before departure, we will need a copy of each traveler's passport and evidence of your travel insurance. We'll be in touch with you soon to help you finalize your travel plans.
Thank you for choosing Mockingbird Travel!
